With a passion for all things beautiful and natural, Thistle in Thyme was created and produced locally in beautiful Fitzwilliam, NH, Former owner Tammy Pelland found that being surrounded by simple living had given her the passion to create what she thought was the perfect match to her lifestyle, creating all-natural goats milk soaps and bath products the old fashion way with a whimsical approach to unique scents. Each scent is uniquely named by what it evokes.

 

Fast forward to 2023, Current owner, Marijo Varney was passionately searching for the next chapter.  Marijo has always loved all things natural; She is an avid cook, canner, preserver, bread maker and gardener.  When the opportunity arose to purchase Thistle in Thyme, Marijo jumped at the opportunity to be able to create and share natural goats milk soap and bath products with others.    The business was moved to Bradford, NH where Marijo and her family continue to make all of the products in small batches the old fashioned way! 

 

We at Thistle in Thyme believe that everyone should celebrate and enjoy the simple pleasures of life to the fullest. Our nourishing goats milk handmade soaps, Aloe Vera hand & body lotions, body butters, exfoliating sugar scrubs, and all natural deodorants are all made in small batches and are hand poured, wrapped, and labeled. Our products contain generous amounts of rich butters, oils, and natural ingredients to soften and nourish your skin. We use the method of soap making called “hot-processed” to make our soap. All of our soap is also shown in their natural beauty with no added colorant. Our products are scented with a mix of essential and fragrance oils. We only use natural clay, herbs, mineral pigments, and mica for texture and color.
